Sri Yantra Yoga

We are a small, family owned yoga studio with a peaceful atmosphere. We come from a long tradition of master yogis, handing down their teaching through the generations. We feature nuturing, relaxing classes for all levels. Class offerings include Yoga 1, Gentle Yoga, Open Level Yoga, Intermediate Hatha Flow, Intermediate Vinyasa Flow, Meditation, and 108 Sun Salutations. We also offer special events and workshops, kirtan, and a monthly drum circle. Our teachers are all certified, and in addition to yoga training come from backgrounds that include ballet & dance, massage, music, meditation, reiki, and nursing. Our studio has been here for almost 20 years.

Our Rates: $14 for single lesson ($12 senior 65+ and student). $70 for 6 classes over 3 months and $100 for 10 classes over 3 months.

We love sharing the peace of mind and joyful spirit that comes shining through with our yoga practice. We use the tools in our yoga practice out in our lives, working though challenges, increasing clarity and confidence, finding balance and peace. Yoga is a wonderful way to increase our health and well being, and to feel good.
