About
Certified Meditation and, currently, 240 Hour yoga instructor specializing in Chair Yoga. I have ADHD and related mental health quirks that Meditation and Yoga have worked wonders for and I want to share my understanding. I'm also from a moderately corporate background, hence the Chair Yoga specialization. Lastly, I am age and body positive, ever striving to accept and motivate myself to move beyond limits I've adopted, growing up, I'd like to help fellow plus-size people do so
As far as Yoga, I like that it's multifaceted. Having ADHD, I can get bored easily and want to move on to the next thing... With yoga, I can do that and still be learning Yoga! Raja Yoga, Bhakti, Karma and Kundalini, oh my!
And the great thing about that is that it still helps me learn to focus, relax and look forward to so many things. All that while getting better acquainted with my body and finding ways to enjoy where I am, here and now.

Initial meeting would likely be for coffee, get to know each other and build communication. If we continue, the particulars are moved through and wedw make an appointment to check on current level of fitness and flexibility. We'd go, generally weekly, from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My current certificate as a Yoga Instructor is from the Aura Wellness Center in Attleboro MA. As well I have some training in Wellness Coaching, Reiki and general fitness coaching. I'm moving through the next level, 500 hour Yoga Instructor certification.
