About

My service stands out because my curriculum is designed to build a fighter from the ground up. Ensuring they have all the fundamentals necessary to guarantee their survival in the exposure of a life and death encounter that would entail them or their love ones. I believe that my service also stands out due to my passion to teach and my approach to how I teach. The material covered in my curriculum is sensitive to its methodical foundation and is scientifically sound in all reguards to self-defense in the Martial Arts.

I enjoy the entire essence of teaching Martial-Arts. It feels as though I'm welcoming someone into my own world. Along with that, watching a student(s) grow in my curriculum and excel through the complexities of the learning curve helps to provide the greatest fullfillment for me as a teacher. Choosing me for a teacher me, tells me that I am personally responsible for the life of this individual in respect to their ability to defend themselves in a life or death encounter. This idea alone is an accountability I feel greatly fortunate to have bestowed.

Frequently asked questions

My typical process for a student begins with light stretching and exercises. As we go through those motions, I explain the importance of stretching and exercises before a workout. Also I'll cover the key focuses of those stretches as well as their benefits to the body. Afterwards we begin lesson 1 which will cover the Guard/Stance, and the importance of them. From there we'll begin the ground foundation of footwork and movement.

My training dates back over 10 years. Also 3 years of teaching experience. I began training at the age of 7 in American Freestyle Karate. At the age of 11 I reached the top of the belt ranking system. After alittle over a year, I trained exclusively for seven months, tested and earned my Black Belt. I joined a Kung Fu system with a specialized interest Combat. I currently still train with them and have for 5 years now.

Pricing starts for every student at $40/hr and $25/ 1/2 hr. For the first two months.

After the first two months $50/hr. and $30/ 1/2 hr.

At age 24 I began teaching for a company, where I would teach anywhere between 10-30 students in a given class. The children I would teach would range from the ages of 4-18. In the summer of 2017 I created my own curriculum and started a business teaching for independently.

I've trained children and adults of all ages in this industry. This includes students with varying handicaps and disablilities.

A recent event I'm most fond of dates back to a few weeks ago; when I attended a mini-seminar themed in Martial Arts. It was more of a day to show what you know, where various students of the Kung Fu and Karate art discplines came together to share one of their favorite drills or techniques, then execute the drill as a workout. It was a most enjoyable experience for me to see the diversity of so many minds in one room.

My first piece of advice is to ask the instructor about the versatility of the material they are planning to show you. Meaning is the material flexible enough to contend with the world of Mixed Martial Arts as it stands today. The second piece of advice would be to ask the instructor if their material is designed to help you ensure your safety in a life or death situation. My third piece of advice is to ask them if their material immediately applicable. Meaning will you learn something on day that will immediately come in handy the minute the session is over, should you happen to need it of course.

What is your overall goal with the Martial Arts system you're considering enrolling in. Does that Martial Arts system that you're evaluating, demonstrate a level of simplicity within its application that makes it easily adaptable for you? Lastly ask yourself do you have at least 3 legitamate reasons that justify the system you're considering will be a beneficial and ideally practical fit for you.
