My name is James Weiss.

I am a passionate musician, guitarist, performer and guitar instructor in the Nashville area.

I have over 8 years of experience teaching nearly every genre of music to students of all ages and skill levels. I have taught extensively both virtually and in person.

I can teach you fundamental guitar techniques and skills from beginner to advanced.

I can also teach improvisation, music theory, songwriting, and ear training.

I have a bachelor's degree in Guitar Performance Jazz Studies from George Mason University.

My goal as an instructor is to provide warmth, encouragement, professionalism, and growth to all my students.

I am offering mostly virtual lessons. But if you are in the Nashville area I am open to making house calls.
