What is your typical process for working with a new student?
As your music teacher I am here to help you achieve your musical goals and set you up for musical success with a foundation of great technique, a broad base of knowledge, and a path that will enable you to play and perform the music you want.
You should feel as though you are making progress in music lessons, not frustration. I start all lessons by teaching posture, technique, and fundamentals, upon which everything in music is built on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Music Education and a Masters in Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, as well as four years experience of teaching elementary music and I have been teaching private lessons for three years.

Pricing is $25 a lesson online or at my house.
