I offer traditional yoga and meditation classes. Practices that allow us to connect our breath to our bodies as we move through the yoga asanas. I focus on connection of our breath and movement to help us deepen our spirituality. Being a traditional yoga instructor I guide individuals through a practice that is best for them and their bodies developing the foundation of a yoga practice that will allow comfort in the movement and honoring the body instead of reaching an 'exercise' goal. Yoga is to help us gain a lifestyle that allows us to respond to life as opposed to reacting. During a yoga practice I integrate Reiki to assist in bringing an energy of calming peace.
