I have been in the food service industry since 2007 and enjoy working hands-on with food. I have been teaching culinary classes independently for the past four years. I work with multiple cuisines and diets.

I come to where you are I'm so certain that before we finish a meal you will understand and be able to cook it yourself I enjoy watching the Happiness that comes on the faces of my students especially the Children I enjoy the Gratitude that comes from Great food.
