About this pro

I've been training since the age of 22, it can't get any better than that.  I've been through the blood, sweat, and tears.  I've mastered in my striking and ground game to defend myself in any situation, and I want to help others be prepared for dangerous situations or even saving a life.  My career was cut short due to me giving my time to my family.  But I still train to this day.

I just want to help others better them selves physically and mentally.  I want help others learn self defense or even be future contenders.  Helping people reach their goals is my main focus.

I would advise hire someone that has actually competed in the sport that you are trying to learn because experience is the main key to getting better and learning and they pass down that experience to people they train

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
