About
I've been training since the age of 22, it can't get any better than that. I've been through the blood, sweat, and tears. I've mastered in my striking and ground game to defend myself in any situation, and I want to help others be prepared for dangerous situations or even saving a life. My career was cut short due to me giving my time to my family. But I still train to this day.
I just want to help others better them selves physically and mentally. I want help others learn self defense or even be future contenders. Helping people reach their goals is my main focus.
