I specialize in yoga and meditation classes, my yoga classes are geared towards connecting the body and mind to the Spirit. People of all ages are welcome to this very beginner friendly class.
I am mindful about the students limitations if they have aches and pains. I give them simpler options on the yoga poses.
My goal is to bring peace to your mind, and relaxation! I love to observe the tranformation that comes about in the person I teach. He/she becomes more relaxed, stays positive in difficult situations, and learns to draw happiness from within.
I believe each individual can share their gifts with society and make the world a better place to live in. I like to contribute by way of teaching people to take some time just to be with themselves using the age old tools such as Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation. The little time that we set aside for ourselves will bring about peace and harmony in the workplace and family.

I talk to the student to find out their needs and abilities. I then introduce to them tools that they can use on an as need basis. My meditation tos include visualization, affirmations, and concentration.
We gradually build up the waivering mi d to a good amount of focus and concentration.
In time students fi d out that they are amazing himan beings, and start to believe in themselves, slowly moving away from the conditioning of their minds.
I also include Yoga poses, Reiki, and Chakra healing if I feel they need it.
I work with people of all ages in a way that they respond to.
