About
Welcome to Yoga and Meditation. I believe anyone can do Yoga. I teach gentle yoga and meditation in a manner by which you can also practice at home between sessions with me. I specialize in teaching one on one classes and like to personalize the class to fit the needs of the student. I love to watch the student get more flexible, and tone their muscles over time.
I also teach chair yoga for those who prefer seated asanas.
I include Meditation and pranayama in each class.
My classes are right for you if your goal is to have a healthy, active lifestyle with a centered and calm mind.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I talk to the student to find out their needs and abilities. I then introduce to them tools that they can use on an as need basis. My meditation tos include visualization, affirmations, and concentration.
We gradually build up the waivering mi d to a good amount of focus and concentration.
In time students fi d out that they are amazing himan beings, and start to believe in themselves, slowly moving away from the conditioning of their minds.
I also include Yoga poses, Reiki, and Chakra healing if I feel they need it.
I work with people of all ages in a way that they respond to.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching because yoga, meditation and holistic health practice helped me stay calm while dealing with daily stresses. I wanted to share the joy!
