Christian really takes his time to be prepared for his students. He spends much of his time practicing and creating tools that make learning SO SIMPLE. I dont think anybody else could have made me understand the things Ive learned on guitar. And im naturally terrible at music.

Working with Christian is not just receiving quality training, its making a friend and building a connection. Christian carries his passion for MMA and its lessons through everything he does and you walk away feeling motivated. Even if youre just a beginner, he breaks down everything in a fun and easy to understand way. Hes patient, has fun with what hes doing and pushes you to believe in yourself. Hes great with kids, and knows how to make a strong bond with any adult taking those first steps. As someone whos been active his whole life, its easy to see that he cares about helping people reach their goals too. I trust hell help you reach yours and have fun along the way! 5 stars for sure.

Makes me feel comfortable pushing my limits in a self defense setting. Doesn’t push too hard when attacking and giving me ample time to defend and recover. Covers stretches and workouts to better set myself up for success.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For a new student, my typical process begins with an introductory session where I assess their experience level, musical interests, and goals. We discuss any specific skills they’d like to learn, whether that’s basic chords, scales, or even freestyling techniques. I also gauge their familiarity with music theory and any particular genres they’re drawn to. From there, I create a tailored lesson plan that gradually builds their skills, incorporating technique exercises, songs they enjoy, and foundational music theory to keep things engaging and goal-oriented. We adjust as we go, focusing on what keeps them motivated and excited to practice.
