A Mountain Laurel Melody

I have been a musician for almost 20 years. I started on piano when I was about 5 years old, and moved on to Violin at 12. By the time I was 16 I added flute and harp to my music toolkit.

I am passionate about sharing the musical experience through ensembles, learning to play with other musicians, and performance to give others an opportunity to enjoy your art.

I believe that music can be started at any age. Whether you are a young child just learning to love experiencing various types of sound, a teenager who wants to impress your friends with one of your favorite pop songs, or an adult who looks wistfully at a particular instrument every time you hear it; today is the perfect time to unleash that part of who you are!

Music is a beautiful part of the human experience. Join me and I will teach you the elements necessary to love it like I do!

I really love teaching young people to share music with others. Music is such a beautiful gift, and its ability to touch hearts and livess is stronger than just about anything I can think of! I love sharing music because it is Ann experience that has had a monumental effect on my life, and I want to use it to affect the lives of those around me.
