Hello and thank you for your interest in violin, viola, cello, or recorder lessons!

If you're considering lessons with me, here's what you need to know:

Advice Consultation Option:

If you're unsure about starting lessons and need advice on instruments and supplies, I offer a one-hour phone consultation for $120. This fee is waived for students who enroll for six lessons.

For your information, I have 1/2 size and 3/4 size violins/bows available for sale as well as a 13, 14, and 15 inch viola/bows. I will give you more details about what is included with your instrument/bow after you are ready to purchase. The consultation fee is separate from instrument purchase.

Enrollment Requirements:

To begin lessons, I require a commitment to a minimum of six lessons. Sessions can be half an hour, forty-five minutes, or one hour.

Pricing- only upfront payments accepted (no per session payments)

$300 for six half-hour lessons ($318 with card payment)

$420 for six forty-five-minute lessons ($438 with card payment)

$540 for six one-hour lessons ($558 with card payment)

Lesson Rates per session AFTER initial minimum

Hourly: $95

45 Minutes: $75

30 Minutes: $55

If you sign up for additional lessons in increments of six after completing the initial commitment, you will continue to receive the initial package rate.

If you need fewer than six sessions after the initial commitment, the per-session rate will apply.

Rates are guaranteed for one year with continuous enrollment. However, a break longer than one month may result in a rate increase.

How to Proceed:

If you're ready to receive advice or enroll in lessons, please fill out the lessons.com questionnaire and message me with your availability. We can schedule a phone appointment via lessons.com messaging or text. Please don't inquire about my services unless you are ready to hire me and can afford to use my services. This includes being able to pay upfront for the initial six lesson packages. Otherwise, you are wasting both my time and money.

Communication: I guarantee timely responses to all inquiries and expect the same level of commitment. Please contact me only if you intend to follow through with communication.

Payment Information:

Before making card payments, you'll need to sign my consultation and/or lesson agreement. Detailed policies are available upon request for Zelle or Venmo Friend to Friend payments.

Location and Lesson Options:

In-Person: Lessons are conducted at my apartment near North Star Mall in San Antonio.

Online: Available for students outside the local area or for local students who do not wish to commute to my apartment for in person lessons

Additional Options:

Online Technique Course: Designed for students with at least one year of experience, focusing on essential techniques with ongoing access and direct feedback.
