About
I have over 5 years of experience coaching athletes from youth to high school levels, specializing in football, performance training and track and field. I've worked with high school programs, private training facilities and youth teams focusing on speed, strength, and skill development. I typically train athletes of all age up to 18 and hold certifications in strength and conditioning as well as speed development. My approach blends technical fundamentals with modern performance science to help athletes reach their full Potential.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When I start working with a new athlete, the first step is always evaluation. I assess their current athletic ability through speed testing, movement analysis, and positional skill work, depending on whether they’re a football player, sprinter, or strength athlete. I also take time to understand their goals, training history, and any past injuries.
From there, I build a personalized training plan based on their needs — whether it’s increasing top-end speed for the 100m/200m, refining footwork for DBs and WRs, or developing strength and explosiveness. Each program is progressive, meaning we track measurable improvements over time and adjust training based on how the athlete responds. Communication is key: I make sure athletes know the ‘why’ behind everything we do to build confidence and maximize results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My foundation comes from competing at an elite level myself — I’m an Olympic bobsledder and former collegiate sprinter and football player. Through years of high-performance training, I worked firsthand with some of the best speed, strength, and athletic development coaches in the world.
On top of my athletic experience, I’ve studied sprint mechanics, football-specific movement, and strength & conditioning principles extensively. My approach combines proven methods used at the Olympic and Division I levels, adapted for athletes at different stages of development.
I constantly stay updated on modern performance training techniques, ensuring my athletes get the most effective and innovative programming available.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I offer a standard pricing system based on the type of training and how often the athlete wants to work. I have options for private 1-on-1 sessions, small group training, and full program packages.
Private sessions are priced individually, but I also offer discounted rates for athletes who commit to multiple sessions per month or who join a group training block. This way, athletes can choose a plan that fits their goals, schedule, and budget while getting consistent, high-quality coaching.
How did you get started teaching?
Coaching was a natural transition for me after years of competing at a high level. As an Olympic bobsledder, former sprinter, and football player, I developed a deep understanding of speed, strength, and performance training. Even while I was still competing, I found myself helping teammates fine-tune their technique and improve their athleticism.
After stepping away from competition, I realized I had a passion for developing athletes — not just making them faster or stronger, but teaching them how to truly move like elite performers. Coaching lets me take everything I learned from the highest levels of sport and give it back to the next generation.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with athletes who are serious about developing their speed, strength, and performance. Most of my athletes are football players — especially wide receivers and defensive backs — and sprinters focused on the 100m and 200m. I also train athletes who want to improve their overall athleticism for other sports.
Whether they’re beginners building a foundation or advanced athletes chasing college scholarships, I customize the training to meet them where they are and help them reach the next level.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
One recent event that stands out was working with a young DB who had been struggling with his backpedal and transitions. After just a few focused sessions together, he not only cleaned up his footwork but also ran his fastest 40-yard dash ever. Seeing his excitement — and knowing how much work he had put in — reminded me why I love coaching. Moments like that, where athletes realize what they’re truly capable of, are what keep me passionate about what I do.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
My advice would be: find a coach who truly understands the details of what you’re trying to accomplish — whether it’s improving your speed, becoming a better wide receiver or DB, or running faster 100m and 200m times. Look for someone who not only has experience but also has a real system to help you develop.
Make sure the coach communicates well, focuses on technique, and has a plan to measure your progress over time. The best coaches build you up mentally and physically — not just throw drills at you. You want someone who’s fully invested in your growth, not just your results.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Before reaching out to a coach, athletes should ask themselves a few key questions:
• What are my specific goals? (Is it faster speed, better footwork, more strength, or all of the above?)
• What areas of my game or performance do I struggle with most?
• How committed am I to training consistently and putting in the work outside of sessions?
• Am I looking for long-term development or short-term results?
• How do I learn best — do I like detailed coaching, fast-paced sessions, lots of feedback?
When you have clarity on what you want and need, it makes it easier to find the right coach and get the best results from your training.
