I began training martial arts in 1984, and I've been training Liu Seong gungfu (a combination of southern Chinese Gungfu and West Javanese Silat) since 1990. I run the Chinese-Indonesian Martial Arts Club in Fairfax County, Virginia, and I only teach adults.
