We offer group and private yoga instruction that is alignment based and safety oriented. Private sessions are customized to the student.

I teach yoga and meditation classes for groups as well as one on one.

Yoga and meditation are tools for living a life of balance, thriving and resilience. It is an honor to help folks connect to those possibilities.

    I am a 500 ryt and a certified yoga therapist.  I an a faculty member for a teacher training program and have been teaching for 17 years.

    Yes, drop in classes are listed on our website. Private sessions are $75/class for one hour.

    I started taking yoga classes when my kids were little as a self care practice a couple of times a week.  What I found was that every area of my life improved.  Stress levels, sleep, digestion, fitness, mental health-everything got better.  And I loved it-it was so different that dragging myself to the gym.  I couldn't wait to get there, so the commitment was an easy one.

    A wide variety.  Students wanting to learn the alignment of all the "staple poses" before going to a group class, folks working with stress and anxiety or depression, Military veterans with PTSD, athletes for additional support in thier training and people who simply want to move their bodies in a way that makes them feel more connected and resilient.

    Working with a private client suffering from high levels of anxiety.  After class she emailed to say she felt more like herself than she had in a very long time.

    If you are working with any kind of injury or former injury, make sure the instructor understnds hwo to work with it.  Make sure the instructor "stays in their lane" and doesn't diagnose or prescribe.  

    What do I want out of my session and what are my long term goals.  What do they need to stick to a program?  Are they self-motivated or do they need someone helping them with accountablility?  If so, setting up several sessions in advance can help.
