Healthful Yoga LLC
About
By offering private yoga lessons in a 1-on-1 setting, I can give truly personalized attention. I teach postures and sequences that address each person's needs, and allow them to be practiced independently at home.
This style of yoga is focused on healthy alignment of the physical body --- we use props like blocks, belts, chairs, and other items from around your house to get things feeling just right and teach the healthful movement of the body.
I offer a free 30-minute lesson for first time students to make sure we're a good fit. Please schedule on my website at https://www.healthful.yoga/lessons and enter benefit code TRY1LESSON
It brings me great joy to see my student's progress from week to week, and hear about the the physical and mental freedom that yoga practice brings to their lives.
I enjoy helping students build flexibility, balance, strength, and find relief from common ailments like low back pain, headaches, menstrual cycle discomfort. Each lesson tends to bring "lightbulb" moments as they discover better ways to use their bodies, and let that healthful energy flow.
