About
Practicing Alignment based Hatha yoga for over 12 years with immediate students of Guruji B.K.S. Iyengar in India and have been trained in posture correction, correct placement of body muscles and right breathing patterns.
My aim is:
1. To help others feel good
2. To help others achieve goals
3. To help others connect to a higher consciousness
4. To build my own yoga family
Being able to be a part of people's journey to achieve great health and wellbeing.
I also enjoy engaging myself in continuing education and keeping myself updated with latest and important learnings in the field of yoga. But no human being is complete without sharing the knowledge and it is an immense pleasure that I get to spread the goodness of yoga through my work and dedication
