I do a thorough assessment/interview with all new clients to find out the best approach and modalities to help the individual reach their fitness goals. The four pillars of exercise 1) strength 2) flexibility 3) cardio 4) balance are addressed and focused on throughout the program.

Our bodies are meant to move, enjoy life and be healthy. Helping people reach and realize the bodies vast potential is a truly rewarding journey for client and trainer! :)
