About
RYT 200 certified
On and off the yoga mat, I’m devoted to show others what awaits them on the other side of fear. Championing mystic self-transcendence and the importance of indigenous perspectives from our crown to our roots. This process unpacks stress, doubt, anger, anxiety and hesitation, so that we can walk lighter in order for our mother (Earth) may breath too. Exercising the mode of practice is a gift no one else can offer except ourselves. I notice my spiritual capacity triples when I gather the stories my body tells me, for me to become whole again.
I enjoy providing a safe space for others to develop strength, willpower, and intellectual rigorous growth.
