TRIBE Fitness is a 2,400 sq/ft. fitness-coaching studio equipped with state of the art equipment and training methods, located on Capitol Hill in Seattle, WA. We offer group and individual coaching, utilizing Pilates principles, reformers, Barre, Yoga and TRX suspension training. LAB5 workouts are comprised of consistently varied functional movements (pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, jumping etc.) executed at various intensities depending on your level and your specific goal.
