I have been studying with Cecelia for over 2 years. I have followed her to a variety of locations because she is unique and focused on her students. She creates practices that work so deeply into your body- she focuses on proper alignment/symmetry and her small class sizes allow her to truly pay attention and give individualized feedback. Her class will look different to you if your focus has been on Hatha or Flow. It is a great compliment to any of those. It is challenging and ever changing so really keeps your interest and helps you learn more and more about your own body. I highly recommend Cecelia to you and know that you will benefit from her teaching. Namaste

As a newcomer to yoga, I find Ce to be supportive, observant and very careful with her students. She seems to know just what each of us needs to correct or improve our practice. She is fun, thoughtful, respectful, and knowledgeable.

I love working yoga corporate classes as well as summer yoga soccer camps. Introducing the benefits of yoga to a new audience is one of the rewards of teaching.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Research teachers and studios of interest. Attend one class with the teachers. Each has different teaching experiences and types of yoga modalities. I teach Classic Hatha wth 1-2 minutes holds in sequential and progressive poses.
