What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Students visit INCLUDEYOGA.com website. Submits a contact class request after visiting the schedule page. Emails or calls with questions. Pre-register to enroll.Determine which package works for you and your budget. Attend class. The studio does not take drop-ins.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experienced ERYT 500. Completingan 800 hour Yoga Traditions Course and continues to study with senior Iyengar Instructors.
Licensed for all the other modalities: Zumba /Enhance/Silver Sneakers.

Packages are offered with extended expirations to allow for changes in your personal work and home schedules. (30/60/90 day expirations).
Package Prices run $17.50/18.50.
$20 for single session payments.
Personal Sessions $65.00 per 60 minute session.
How did you get started teaching?
At a stressful time in life,I walked into to a studio to sign my children up for a drumming lesson and found yoga instead. My first class proved to be the missing puzzle piece to reducing stress and the challenges of the surprises life has to offer.
What types of students have you worked with?
Yoga for All ages and stages of life from the first 48 years to the 2nd 48 years plus pre/postnatal.
Many of the supplespine-movement clasesses are suitable for seniors 65+ as well as those recovering from physical injuries, stress and pregnancy. Childrens' classes are offered quarterly.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I love working yoga corporate classes as well as summer yoga soccer camps. Introducing the benefits of yoga to a new audience is one of the rewards of teaching.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Research teachers and studios of interest. Attend one class with the teachers. Each has different teaching experiences and types of yoga modalities. I teach Classic Hatha wth 1-2 minutes holds in sequential and progressive poses.
