What is your typical process for working with a new student?
If you are new at Yoga, that is great. I like to take time and slowly so you have a clear understanding of the different poses and the importance of deep breathing through the movements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified and registered as a Yoga instructor. I am also certified and licensed as a Massage Therapists. I have been in the Yoga field for decades and I have been a Massage Therapist for 18 years.
