I am a meditation guide, yoga instructor, holistic health coach, and essential oil advocate.
I help chronically stressed individuals manage their wmotions in a healthy way by helping them create daily routines and adhereing to holistic daily dietary and lifestyle trends. I like to use gentle, restorative yoga poses as well as guided meditations to help clients achieve a calmer state of mind.
I like helping people improvetheir mental health status so that they can experience more joy in their lives, laugh louder, and feel more self confident.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Initially, I will have you fill out a short health form making me aware of any contradictions that you may have and then we will meet at a local coffee shop to discuss. I will meet your skill level where its at as we move into out yoga stretches and/or flows.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
200 hour Vinyasa yoga certificate

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Start slow and start exactly where you are. Yoga is an activity suited for all age groups and all body types so don't worry about where you start.
