I bring well rounded yoga classes to students of all levels. in the start of your classes we will go over your needs and goals, then sequence a creative yoga flow emphasizing on the breath, body, and spirit . My goal is to bring people back to the roots of yoga tradition and create a strong and clear path on your yoga journey.
I love my personal practice of yoga, it creates such profound experiences with in me, I love being able to teach that to others and help them find strength with the body and mind
