Free classes for now until I get good reccommendations more experience and a client base.
My flexibility photos show I have achieved results.
Unlike most most Yoga instructors I have a Bachelor's of science in Kinesiology and a Master's of science in engineering in which I studied Ergonomics, Biomechanics and Human factors related to injuries.
I understand the importance of a dose response ratio and use quantitative measurements of time and repitive sets to go for real flexibility gains.
I have personal experienc using Yoga to overcome pain and adjust to exceed the fitness level typical of most able bodied people in spite of being disabled

Looking to get more experience working with students
I am mainly looking for young adults who find the pace for increasing intensity of stretches at mainstream Yoga studios to be to slow and want to progress at a faster pace
Most yoga studios do not use a realistic and individualised dose response relationship with exercise intensity so young adult students do not make large gains over the long run because they are being given to close to the same dose's as sedentary older students instead of much higher
