Fitness and wellness has been something that I love to do my whole life even after high school. The desire to help others to heal and become child like again. And what I mean by child like is, getting back to being this volt of youthful energy. With my specialty in Physical training, Nutrition, Yoga, Qi gong and Ti chi. Not only would I be helping you build an incredible body but I also will be leaving you with an uplifted spirit. Im looking forward to helping out :D
With the work I do, I enjoy seeing the improvements each and everyday. The best feeling comes from believing, putting your actions into work, getting result, and finally accomplishing your goals, then go help the world. -I believe and have faith that everything happens for a reason. No dought.

When meeting with a new student I would ask for their goals, strengths and weaknesses.
I like to focus on strengthing the joints first while using streching and messaging techniques to keep the body loose. As the body gets stronger and flexible we will start doing more advanced work.
