Each class has a theme but class sizes are small and I strive to provide a personalized experience for each student. Every pose or series can be adapted to meet your needs. If you are concerned about being too inexperienced, don't be. If you are looking for a challenging session, you won't be disappointed.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching out West. Begin teaching full time in Wisconsin about 15 years ago
What types of students have you worked with?
I have had the pleasure to work with a wide population of clients from teenages to seniors. I am able to adjust and modifiy poses and exericse to fit the persons needs.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Let the person know what your goals or what you are hoping to learn. Ask questions about their knowledge and understanding of the body and how they relate to the poses. Do they adjust poses if you are doing yoga.
