Tiger Yoga is amazing, fun and super encouraging! Rhumatoid arthritis and physcially demanding hobbies like rock climbing and combat sports, leave me in need of help from a movement expert and Tiger Yoga is the answer for me. Before starting our program Emily sent me a questionnaire about my goals, concerns, injuries and on our first session took me through a full accessment to learn my strengths, limitations and imbalances. She developed a plan specifically to address and support my issues and followed up between sessions with educational material relevent to me.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
The details of my pricing are on my website but it is about $40-$60 per hour. We can do small groups and then the cost gets split. This summer we will do some classes outside for $5 per class to get a larger group.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
