What I enjoy almost are those moments at the end of class where some students will share with me how much better they feel compared to before.

After hurting myself in a car accident and going through a break up, I was looking for peace of mind and healing. A friend recommended Godbody Creations and I could have never anticipated the life-changing experience I was signing up for. Charde’a was kind, knowledgeable, and relatable. In a time where my heart, spirit, and body was broken, Charde’a became my confidant, therapist, and friend that helped me piece my life back together through yoga. She was more than a teacher. One year later I am still practicing yoga, my flexibility has increased, I no longer experience headaches and joint pains, and most importantly my heart is whole again. I would recommend her to anyone looking to change their lives for the better.

We hold yoga classes that are accessible to beginner students. Being so, offering props or hands-on assists to assure the student is safely getting the full range and benefits of the pose.
