My service focuses on mindfulness practice through yoga. Currently, I offer my service to stay at home parents and their children, as well as professionals who are in or nearing burnout. Practice can be offered with or separate from the child(ren). The practice integrates medidative elements that can be used in both the physical components of your yoga practice as well as your every day life.
My service offers the client an opportunity to align stay at home parents with their child(ren) and the near burnt out professionals with the career path that serves them best.
The most delightful part of the work is offering those who practice an opportunity, and the encouragement to take a few moments out of their day, week or month to re-ignite their desires through engaging their unique qualities, which all stems from breath work.
I am a registered 200 hour Yoga Alliance instructor and am pursuing my Reiki Level 1 certification.
