Hi, my name is Elio and i have been teaching yoga for 3 years, i like to teach brething tecniques,meditation and relaxation for better way of the pratice of yoga poses, and i can do beginers or intermediate yoga students.i also teach at difernt gym's locations in san fernando valley,as well as privated classes.
I love to to introduce especially new students to the practice of Yoga, so they can enjoy the feneficts of Yoga.
