About
I address my clients as whole beings. Instead of doing another workout, we use yoga to address all the issues that limit their health. The physical benefits of yoga are great but the bigger benefits are a reduction in symptoms from chronic conditions, such as fatigue, anxiety, depression, and pain. I work one on one with my clients, so I can give them exactly what they need, at a time that works for them.
I love teaching yoga and meditation, it is my favorite thing to do. To be allowed to share space and help people work on themselves is deeply valuable to me.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
After you contact me to let me know your interest, we set up a call. We’ll chat about your goals on the phone to make sure we are a good fit.
If we both wish to proceed, we schedule a time for me to come to your home and have your introductory yoga session. We will try some movement, see what works and doesn’t and make a plan.
From there, we make a commitment to working together, one, two, or three times a week, with yoga that pits perfectly for YOU. I ask for a commitment of six-weeks upfront. This allows time to find your perfect flow and really begin to see the benefits of the practice.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, I charge $75 per lesson for those within 15 miles of 91320. There is a surcharge of $1.25/mile if you are located further away.
How did you get started teaching?
I have always been a deep thinker and seeker. Looking for more meaning, more connection, MORE. Because of my restlessness, I found myself feeling anxious, stressed, and downright depressed. This manifested both mentally and physically in my body. I gained weight and started developing painful sores on my skin that would not heal. It was hard to take care of myself. I found in yoga a way to bring balance to my life, a way to quiet my mind, and a way to deactivate my fight or flight response. Yoga has been so useful in my own journey, I feel compelled to share it with others.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have taught everyone from elementary school students to seniors in assisted living.
