A love and passion for the mind-body, moving meditation that is Yoga! A former dancer by association was granted satisfaction for movement through Yoga. Initially getting into it for the “yogi body” the vanity quickly fell to the wayside as I discovered Yoga had so much more to offer me. RYS Certified (CorePower Yoga) summer of 2013, the chrysalis of a new yogi is one of my favorite things to watch. Namasté!
I enjoy setting up a safe place for pupils to explore the mind-body connection, the little “a-ha” moments on the mat are super satisfying!
