Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My classes are tailor-made to the needs of the students. The most important thing for me is that they enjoy the practice and learn how to take the most out of yoga. I like working with pranayama and meditation, setting an intention for every class, and covering all aspects of yoga.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed in Psychology, and worked as a therapist in a Drug Abuse Clinics. I was fond on positive psychology and mindfulness, which come from the yoga tradition.
After studying Nutrition and Neuroscience I became more interested in using yoga with my clients, and also with myself.
I started meditating everyday and following a karma yoga lifestyle. My mindset and energy changed and this was what made me get promoted in my last job, from Coach and Project Manager to Office Manager at an International Company that works with NPO.
