Hello, I am focused on teaching people who seek long-term quality of life and strive to create or maintain healthy habits, such as exercising effectively and eating well. I offer personalized and adaptable training programs for individuals of all ages and genders. With extensive experience in martial arts, particularly judo, where I represented the Brazilian national team and hold a black belt for 13 years, I transitioned from a professional athlete to a personal trainer. I pursued a 4-year degree in physical education followed by a 2-year post-graduate program specializing in functional training and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Since 2016
