Pure Hue Yoga
About
As a certified RYT-200 yoga instructor, my specialty is in restorative yoga. This form of yoga practice caters specifically to individuals with physical limitations due to lingering injuries restricting movement or as a result from mental ailments, such as stress, etc. I believe that our bodies speak to us and if we listen carefully we can cure most ailments, simply with a combination of breath, stillness, and movement.
I enjoy seeing others succeed. It's an amazing feeling knowing that I am able to help others by simply teaching them how to move using their own strength and flexibility.
