We offer a combination of yoga and fitness if so desired, so you can enjoy a regular class and then add a private class.
I enjoy helping people find the joy and benefits of yoga and fitness. It really can change your life in so many positive ways.
I have been teaching since 2002 and have done several teacher trainings and workshops.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to speak with them in the phone initially to discover what they would like to focus on in working with me and to see if we are a good fit for each other.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been teaching yoga for almost 20 years and have owned a yoga studio for the last 3 years. I have a 500 hour certification as well as over a thousand hours of teaching experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $85.00 per one-hour private lesson and that includes 2 additional studio classes which have a value of $30.00.
How did you get started teaching?
I was looking to grow personally when I discovered yoga.
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages and levels of fitness including back issues, knee replacements and shoulder issues.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We have free community events where we work with the San Diego Humane Society to help find a forever home for an adoptable cat.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Interview them in person and see if you like the energy they emanate.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Think about your availability and intention in starting a new program.
