Hi there! I'm a highly-trained, accessible yoga teacher who loves to create practices that cultivate inner strength and harmony.
With a wide range of specialties including vinyasa flow, anatomy, functional movement, pre-natal, yin, and the Five Elements theories, my classes are intelligently crafted and well-rounded, with plenty of modifications to suit your skill level. I'm deeply passionate about body awareness and want your body to work well for you both on and off the mat.
In addition to teaching yoga, I also work as a retreat chef, creating delicious yet nourishing food for wellness events and retreats.
