Hi Tai Chi friends , 2 Certified associate Taichi instructors of the "Taichi healthway and associates" taught by Master Jessie Tsao. We are a dual team teaching Tai Chi Yang Style along with Fan, Sword, Cane and Staff done in Yang Stye. Come join me and discover this ancient and graceful martial art. We will begin with a breathing meditation. Then we will do. Qi Gong a gentle stretch exercise which improves the circulation, balance and energy in the body. Then beginning with the first five basic movements of the 24 Tai Chi form.
