The practice encompasses obvious physical elements, but it also requires and understanding of the technical, spiritual and cultural aspects to be fully appreciated. Our founder wanted the art to primarily be about self-improvement in order to make the world a better place. It is an individual journey that each of us must undertake for ourselves to our own destinations, but at the same time it is wonderful to travel on our quest with companions going in the same direction....

I have been training martial arts my whole life, being bullied as a kid, it helped me to gain the confidence to believe in myself. I have been teaching and coaching for a very long time, training people that want to gain confidence, get in shape and even get in the ring. I have multiple certifications in the fitness industry and own a gym in Lomita, ca I love to help people, nothing else drives me! Seeing people happy and getting results!
