About

I have a strong interest in working in this field and have a passion for singing, music, drama, dance, health, and fitness. I am very traditional with technique in the arts, as the performing arts and music are a vocation for me. My goal is to teach students how to develop a strong foundation first, to enable them to grow as artists, as people, and in their academic careers. I don’t believe in skipping steps, and I strive to make sure students learn each step well, in order, before moving forward. I aim to provide a fun, respectful, and professional environment for students and tailor lessons to each individual depending on grade level, prerequisite, age, and learning styles. I have a extensive educational and professional background in early childhood development, drama, dance, all things music industry, film, theatre, and composition. I hope to instill in my students a love of learning and a sense of rightness.

I watched Keith perform about 7-8 songs in midtown Sacramento about 3 weeks ago. His love of music translates to his unique sound. He was respectful of the venue and unlike other artists, he humbly engages he crowd. Keith invites everyone into his musical journey. He is a delight to watch in person. I would recommend him to anyone looking to pick up a musical skill, especially piano!

I met Keith at a job we had together once, he was a really laid back normal dude & we got along pretty well. A little later on I found he played music & gave lessons so I asked him for some. He was really helpful & nice, & now my songwriting abilities have gotten so much better because of him. Thank you Keith!

Keith has been teaching singing lessons at my school Capital Innovations Academy for the past school year. He is kind, patient, and clearly talented. He understands how to talk to teens and how to impart his knowledge in a non-threatening, easy to comprehend manner. I highly recommend him!

Not only reasonably priced lessons but you also get top class experience. Keith can translate complex theory and technique into simple English, very easy to understand, good at explaining. If you need to learn how to sing well but cant afford university classes, Keith Gray is a very good alternative. He also knows piano and guitar.

Keith is an incredibly gifted musician and one of the nicest people youre likely to meet. As his former bass instructor Ive known him for decades and have seen him consistently grow as an artist. Anyone would reap benefits by being under his tutelage.

Studied Liberal Studies in college, with a teaching emphasis. Worked at public and private K-12 as a tutor and recreation aide.

I have worked with early childhood, teenagers, and adults. I have also worked with students with special needs and accommodating to their needs. Many of my students are interested in classical voice, ballet, and musical theatre. My program offers training for those who have an interest in professional careers. Pre-professional program

I performed in the choir at Sacred Heart Church with Don Kendrick, and Sacramento City College Choir at Carnegie Hall. As the Nutcracker Prince in Sac Civic Ballet.
