I am passionate about teaching people skills. I like to break down complicated tasks into easy to digest tidbits and am a teacher but nature.
The fulfillment I see my clients recieve from learning boxing is truly life changing.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
A consultation is highly recommended to discuss your training goals and expectations. From there a schedule will be arranged and programming will start with constant improvements to ensure the desired experience.

How did you get started teaching?
As an avid fan of Mixed Martial Arts, I started training in 2008. I found a passion for Muay Thai and leaned into that discipline for several years.
Being involved in the gym setting, I made friends with those who were running small private gyms and began coaching.
After experiencing first hand how rewarding it is to teach someone a sport that I love, I decided to make it a career.
