About this pro

I've been a professional musican and performer for 15 years. I've traveled and sung all over the world. I absolutely love what I do and sharing it with others. I want people to tap into their own creative talent with the freedom and power to soar.

Please take a moment to visit my website for more about me and my music.

I love meeting new people and being in new places. Music is a universal language. It can be shared anytime, anywhere. I teach to the student. Every person is different. I meet each student where they are, not where I think they 'should' be.

Kinnie is amazing! She has great energy and guided my daughter (8 yr) well throughout the class!

Kinnie has been providing Ukulele lessons to my stepson for several months, and we could not be more impressed. Kinnie's incredible energy and overall positive aura have been highly influential on Braeden. Kinnie is an absolute pleasure, who's talents are creating the next great generation of musicians. We could not recommend her more highly!

Kinnie made me feel welcome and at home from the moment I met her at her studio. She is authentic, friendly and very experienced ... and I’m so excited to partner with her on my vocal training/singing/creative adventure!

As a complete beginner it was wonderful to have a teacher who was able to break things down in multiple ways for me to understand the fundamentals. Not only that but she made things fun! If you don't have fun with what you're doing, it won't stick.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I always want to meet my students where they are on their musical journey. We will take a few minutes to get to know each other and ask questions pertaining to their music goals. Then, we will get right to singing or playing. I want to utilize our time together singing, playing, doing, not chatting or watching videos.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I graduated from Oklahoma City University and studied under Florence Birdwell. I spent many years traveling the country with Broadway National Tours.

I've been a singer/songwriter and performer for the last 10 years. I've toured across the country more times than I can count playing shows and singing at various venues.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I keep my prices affordable so that music is accessible to ALL.

60 min. - $100

45 min. - $75

30 min. - $50

Travel fees are added for coming to your home. Travel fees vary by distance.

Lessons can be held in my home, your home, or online.

How did you get started teaching?

I started teaching after years and years of people asking me if I could teach them.

What types of students have you worked with?

I've worked with beginners and advanced singers and performers. I enjoy working with children discovering their passions for the arts.
