Julio is the best teacher I could ask for. He has high expectations of his students but, most importantly, he is patient. Our lessons range from technique to rhythm to music theory to plain old just learning new songs. I will never tire of his lessons and will return over and over for his wisdom and expertise.

It was a great way of learning Brazilian music. It covered everything including rhythms, Harmoney, structure of the song. Also Julio provided hands-on tips and technique of the guitar. I recommend this not only guitar players but everyone who want to learn Brazilian music.

Julio is a generous teacher, and detail oriented. Excellent!

It was a rare opportunity to have a direct connection to Brazil. Learning from a book is very limiting. Having a teacher from the source is important.
