What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first time we meet is an assessment/ consultation just to gauge where they're at, their goals, injuries and past experience. I truly want to get to know the person and build a relationship and rapport.

I work with all budgets with a very simple system that i use. Once we meet in person we will discuss specifics.
How did you get started teaching?
Growing up my family was involved in athletics. My grandfather was a gymnast, strongman, and bodybuilder. My father was a world-class fighter in both boxing and wrestling. My brothers played football and basketball. Seeing everyone in my family compete and train at a professional level molded my thinking of training and allowed me to see the diversity in fitness. Through this method, I have been able to find programs that fit any client.
