About

Fitness by Nature is about fusing together traditional yogi philosophies and resistance training practices with the physical approach the body needs to be moved and properly challenged in order to obtain the maximum growth potential and overall health and wellness

The Fitness by Nature approach is based on the belief that an average teacher will tell you how to move your body, a good one will help you make the mind-body connection, but a great instructor can shift your paradigm.

Ive been working with Richelle and Fitness by Nature for the last year. Whether its yoga or weight training, I am constantly challenged in each and every class and no class has been the same which I love! Shes mindful of my injuries and of my mental stress levels and at the end of each class I feel renewed, and revitalized physically and mentally.
Richelle truly has a healing energy that permeates through each class making the pursuit of a healthy lifestyle much more achievable and beneficial for someone like me who has a difficult time turning work off and letting go of stress and anxiety. Ive found myself to be a more effective leader and more confident individual because of the work Ive done with Richelle and the state of awareness and calmness she helps me achieve while still pushing my physical body to grow and flourish.

    Frequently asked questions

My typical proccess for working with a new student begins with assessing his or her lifestyle and body, assessing their goals, body strengths and limitiations.

I Have been a C.P.T for 8 years now and a Certified Yoga Teacher since 2017.

Prices range depending on distance, location (private gym, office, home) and time spent during the workout.

I really fell in Love with crosstraining (weights, track, martial arts) in college. My MMA trainer at the time noticed i had a thing for teaching and encouraged me to become one. Since then ive surrounded myself with some of the greatest athletes and took them on as mentors to make my practice that much better.

Ive worked with all types of people, from A-list Celebrities to people who love to lay low and stay behind the scenes. People with weight loss/ hormonal issues, food addiction, injured, the youth, special needs, and the elderely.

I recently got a great yoga teacher class twice a week that im incredibly excited to build on.

It takes a lot coming out of hold habbits. It can be hard to think your way out of your thinking and change over night. The goal is not to change over night. You can do it alone, if you choose to but its great to have someone there who's willing to listen to your stories (the excuses that the ego might come with that can get in the way of your goals if left unchecked) but not allow your stories or circumstances get in the way of your goals. Are you ready to stop thinking about it and just to do it?

Have you truley connected to your goals?

If so, have your prepared yourself for the work and dedication its going to take to over come the risk (soreness, challenges, etc.)?
