About
Fitness by Nature is about fusing together traditional yogi philosophies and resistance training practices with the physical approach the body needs to be moved and properly challenged in order to obtain the maximum growth potential and overall health and wellness
The Fitness by Nature approach is based on the belief that an average teacher will tell you how to move your body, a good one will help you make the mind-body connection, but a great instructor can shift your paradigm.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
It takes a lot coming out of hold habbits. It can be hard to think your way out of your thinking and change over night. The goal is not to change over night. You can do it alone, if you choose to but its great to have someone there who's willing to listen to your stories (the excuses that the ego might come with that can get in the way of your goals if left unchecked) but not allow your stories or circumstances get in the way of your goals.
