My goal is to find your musical and technical strengths and accentuate them. My philosophy is that learning should be easy. Whether you are just getting started, want to learn to write your own songs, or want to start a new adventure playing in a classical or contemporary guitar style, I can help you accomplish your objectives.

I'm 32. I have been writing songs since I was 13 years old. I was a self taught guitar player until age 20 when I started taking classical guitar lessons with a very proficient teacher who has a PhD in classical guitar performance. I've been taking classical guitar lessons for the past 12 years. I've performed solo(singer-songwriter and classical) and ensemble works in both California and Spain. I have taken 2 years of music theory classes in college, as well as 2 years of operatic singing lessons.

I currently play and perform in a Jazz/Classical duo with a very talented jazz bassist.
