I work with athletes mostly since I am an athlete myself, but I also work with variety of age groups on stability, alignment, balance and mobility. I have over 650 hours of yoga training specializing in alignment, meditation and breathwork. I truly believe that you must be aligned in your mind and breath to be aligned in all aspects of your physical health. After practicing yoga for nearly 15 years, I decided why not just go and get my qualifications... yoga is a way of life for me and it has transformed my life... according to the Bhagavad Gita, "Yoga is a balanced state of behavior" a "... journey of the self, through the self, to the self." Yoga guides you to find your internal depth. I have been a competitive tennis player all my life and decided to combine my knowledge of the game and yoga and help athletes and non-athletes to be injury-free. I love working with a variety of levels and age groups on a individualized basis, traveliing back to the authentic roots of yoga where it all originated... I do teach large groups of players for tennis and water polo but since my speciality is alignment and meditation, I believe students gain the greatest benefits from working with me individually... I do encourage my students to join my smaller groups as well after working with me privately, but again it depends on their Individual strength and challenging areas... It's definitely a balancing act and I work with my client to find his or her center and alignment... Namaste...🙏🏻

These classes have definitely been a great addition to our water polo team workout routine. The instructor Naz seems to have a feel for the class’s abililities and maintaining a pace to ensure beginners and intermediate athletes are both maximizing their potential.
