About
Kaity Rose is a certified Yoga Therapist based in Northern Colorado (Boulder, Lyons, and Loveland). Kaity specializes in helping women heal and recover from anxiety. Her style of teaching invites students deeper into self-acceptance and an awakening of inner wisdom.
Kaity was introduced to yoga and meditation at a young age and completed her first teacher training at 19 years old. Her daily practice provides a means of connecting to the wisdom of the body and the earth, and through teaching she helps others do the same. Her style of teaching calls students deeper into self-acceptance, inner-knowing, and connection with body, mind, nature, and life-force.
Since her basic training, she has gone on to complete a B.A. in Yoga Studies at Naropa University, a 1000-Hour Yoga Therapy Certification, and other specialty trainings such as Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy and Functional Movement Therapy. She is the founder of Wild Earth Yoga Therapy and a co-owner of Loveland Community Yoga Studio.
In addition to her services, workshops and classes, Kaity offers yoga retreats and teacher trainings around the world. She specializes in trauma-informed yoga, yoga for anxiety and stress resilience, yoga nidra, and functional movement therapy.
Kaity has received her advanced credentials from Kripalu School of Yoga and Ayurveda, Integrative Yoga Therapy, and Naropa University.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Prior to your first session, you will complete an intake questionnaire. Our first session will last 90 minutes, and will include further intake and an in-depth discussion of your goals.
After our initial assessment, we will create a treatment plan to support your healing journey. This includes individualized tools and processes for restoring balance in your body and mind. The treatment plan will include practices to take home and integrate into your daily schedule.
The following techniques may be used, dependent upon your individualized plan:
- Functional movement therapy and postural assessment to reduce physical pain and improve nerve function
- Yoga postures and somatic exercises to process stress and trauma in the body
- Meditation, affirmation, and breathing practices to soothe and settle the mind
- Self-massage to reduce physical pain and ground the nervous system
- Ayurveda & lifestyle changes to support hormonal balance, body function, longevity and health of the nervous system
- Life coaching to help identify goals and take meaningful steps toward achieving them
- Deep relaxation practices that activate your body's ability to heal and integrate
Yoga Therapy does not replace your doctor’s advice. However, Yoga Therapy is complimentary to Western medical practices. If you are working with any medical diagnosis, please inform me prior to our session.
